Terms of service

Payment Terms:

All new accounts are Credit Card only. We accept all major Credit Cards. 

Sale Terms: All sales are final on promotional deals, clearance items, special sales and custom orders.

Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority and Express or UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Next Day Saturday.  UPS cutoff time is 2:30 PM PST. Shipping is paid by the customer.  All Drop Ship Orders will incur a $12.00 fee. 

Damaged and Defective Merchandise: Orders should be inspected upon delivery.  In the event of receiving damaged or defective merchandise, contact your representative as soon as possible to request an RMA#. The RMA# needs to be requested within 3 business days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Merchandise: On the rare occasion that merchandise is lost or stolen in transit, BelleTress™ will work diligently to keep direct contact with USPS or UPS until the package is traced and found. If your package is deemed untraceable, BelleTress™ will ship out a replacement right away.
